Shipping policy

We aim to despatch your Chislers order from between 2 to 5 working days. We use An Post Commerce as our delivery partner. If you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, it will be forwarded on to your nearest postal collection point, from where you have 5 working days to collect the items. After this time the goods will be returned to us. Please note bank holiday purchases will be despatch the following working day. Approximate delivery times are as follows:

IRELAND: 3-5 working days. 
UK/EU: 4–10 working days.
USA /Australia: 5-15 working days.
REST OF WORLD: 10-20 working days

Collect from our Navan store within 2-3 days. You will receive an email you when your order is ready to collect. Please do not come to the store to collect until you receive your email. Please bring your order confirmation and proof of identity with you. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.

We offer a flat rate worldwide delivery charge to countries in the rest of the world.

NOTE:

Multiple items may be delivered in more than one parcel and at different times. During festive periods, extreme weather conditions and events beyond our control please allow more time for the receipt of your order.

Some order destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Chislers Boutique is not responsible for these charges. If import charges are applied by your selected destination country, payment of these charges are your responsibility as the customer.
