Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, log in to your account here and go to your order history. If you checked out using your phone number only, please use the returns link in your SMS order confirmation. You can also contact us at chislers@hotmail.com with any returns questions.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at chislers@hotmail.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned: personalised or custom-made items, and sealed personal care or hygiene products that have been opened after delivery. Sale items follow the same return conditions as full-price items, except where the EU cooling off period applies (see below).

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right size or style is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

European Union — 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification. To exercise this right, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your returned item, to your original payment method.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

If we are happy that the items meet the returns requirements, as stated above, we will refund you through the original method of payment, excluding shipping costs. You will receive an email confirmation that your refund has been processed.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 10 working days have passed since approval, contact us at chislers@hotmail.com.
