Delivery & Returns
We aim to despatch your Chislers order from between 1 to 3 working days. We use An Post Commerce as our delivery partner. If you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, it will be forwarded on to your nearest postal collection point, from where you have 5 working days to collect the items. After this time the goods will be returned to us. Please note bank holiday purchases will be despatch the following working day.
Approximate delivery times are as follows (please note due to COVID 19 these may be a bit longer):
IRELAND 3-5 working days
UK/EU 4–10 working days
USA /AUSTRALIA 5-15 working days
REST OF WORLD 10-20 working days
NOTE: Multiple items may be delivered in more than one parcel and at different times. During festive periods, extreme weather conditions and events beyond our control please allow more time for the receipt of your order.
CLICK & COLLECT FREE
Collect from our Navan store within 2-3 days. You will receive an email you when your order is ready to collect. Please do not come to the store to collect until you receive your email. Please bring your order confirmation and proof of identity with you. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.
IRELAND STANDARD €6.50
Standard delivery is available to all Republic of Ireland addresses but please be aware that some bulky items incur a delivery surcharge which will be included in the sale price.
IRELAND EXPRESS €12.00
We provide an express 24 hour delivery service to the Republic Of Ireland. Please note that express orders received on a Friday will not be received until the next working day (Monday). The same applies for public holidays.
EUROPE STANDARD €15.00
We offer a flat rate delivery charge to all countries in the European Union.
UK STANDARD €10.00
We offer a flat rate delivery charge to the UK & Northern Ireland.
REST OF WORLD €35.00
We offer a flat rate worldwide delivery charge to countries in the rest of the world.
NOTE: Some order destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Chislers Boutique is not responsible for these charges. If import charges are applied by your selected destination country, payment of these charges are your responsibility as the customer.
Our aim here at Chislers is to provide you with high quality, practical and long-lasting products that your kids will love as much as you do. We hope that you are happy with your order, however we understand that sometimes sizing or styles may be unsuitable and if you do need to return an item we will offer an exchange or refund on FULL price items for a full refund exchange or credit note (excluding p&p costs) provided items are returned to us in a saleable condition, within 14 days from the date of purchase.
In order for returns to be approved any items returned MUST BE unwashed, unworn items in their unmarked, original condition with all tags & wrapping intact, please be careful not to mark or stain items that you are returning as these will NOT be accepted. No refunds on sale, if you need to return sale we can offer store credit valid for 3 months only.
If we are happy that the items meet the returns requirements, as stated above, we will refund you through the original method of payment, excluding shipping costs. You will receive an email confirmation that your refund has been processed.
You should allow 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Some banking institutions make take a bit longer.
