Little Larks Lottie Navy Velvet Party Dress

Made in a beautiful navy soft velvet material with white hand smocking across the chest &  pretty velvet bow to the centre of waistband.. The peter pan collar is made in a crisp white cotton piped & puff sleeve is edged in white  cotton. Each sleeve has a pretty small bow detail  to match the bow at waistband.  Dress is lined with tulle for added volume.
